Over 40 years ago, John “Red” Palsi became the proprietor of the Half Way Bar & Grill. He operated this successful business his entire adult life. After years of hard work, his sons, David and Douglas, joined the family business. Now, the entire Palsi family is proud to bring Redd’s Restaurant & Bar to the community they have been part of for over 70 years. Redd’s (the two D’s for David & Douglas) is a beautiful, new restaurant and catering facility unparalleled to any other in the area.
Our restaurant features homemade soups and 8 oz. Fresh choice ground sirloin burgers cooked on our open charcoal grill behind the bar to an array of salads, sandwiches on fresh baked focaccia or wraps, to California style pizzas, fresh seafood and pastas. Our second level offers a Banquet Hall that can accommodate functions up to 170 persons. We specialize in all social and corporate affairs (with full technical support). Also offered is a bridal suite and outdoor terrace over looking the Meadowlands.
